Through quality control testing at all stages of the process, while work is being done and when it is finished, in which we randomly check not only the finished work but also the behaviour of our repair professionals.
What if there is a problem?
If any problem is detected, a solution is found immediately. One of our professionals will be sent out who will assess the situation and do the work again.
We are committed to fixing any damage within 24 hours of being notified, and if any fault is found we will repair it as quickly as possible.
If no fault is detected but a customer makes a complaint, we will behave in exactly the same way. The complaint will be checked out on site and the necessary corrective measures will be taken to solve the problem. We will never attempt to justify what cannot be justified.
